Holiday Hero Market

Join us for the Holiday Hero Market in the heart of Downtown Winter Haven's Central Park! This special event will feature a variety of local vendors, delicious food trucks, live music, and a visit from Santa Claus. It'll be a festive day that brings our community together for a great cause.

About the Event:

My name is Nancy, and I’m on a mission of love. My husband, Ed, is currently battling stage 4 renal failure due to Polycystic Kidney Disease, a condition for which there is no cure. Ed needs a living kidney donor and a transplant to survive. The Holiday Hero Market is our way of raising funds to support Ed’s journey while also helping local small businesses thrive during the holiday season.

Although the true heroes of this market are the vendors and sponsors who will join us in this effort, in order for it to be successful, we ALSO need public/community support in the form of EVENT ATTENDANCE! By attending this event that's FREE to the public to come and enjoy, you’ll be supporting a great cause and helping to make a difference in our community! So, we invite you to come & be a part of something bigger—be a hero for Ed, for us, and for the local vendors who will be part of this event.

What We’re Looking For:

-Vendors: We are seeking 50-60 vendors to showcase their unique products and services.

-Food Trucks: We need 3 additional food trucks to provide a variety of tasty options for attendees. We are currently have two.

-Live Music: We are looking for an acoustic singer to perform holiday music from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. A sound system and potentially a small stage will be provided. Ridge Country Band will perform from 1pm-4pm.

-Holiday Activities: While inflatables are not allowed due to city decorations, we are seeking vendors to assist us in planning other fun activities to spread holiday cheer.

-Vendor Decorating Contest: Vendors are encouraged to participate in our decorating contest, with a prize for the best-decorated booth.

-Raffle Donations: Any vendors willing to donate a raffle basket would be greatly appreciated.

-Vendors: Can arrive as early as 8am but must be ready to go by 9:45AM. Likewise, vendors will have until 6pm to have all belongings packed.
